The Huflå Shifter. You can read about it more here https://lacyclerie.be/huflashifter/ but it's a really cool project. Basically it's a printable/machinable attachment to any drop bar brake lever that can turn it into a Gevenalle style shifter. Its really really cool, definitely take a look at it.
